Welcome to my site everyone! My name is Richard, I was recently out of work for quite a while and was getting so tired of constantly sending my resume out and most of the time not even getting a response… I finally figured out a few secrets about writing cover letters that actually get noticed, wrote a killer customer service cover letter and ended up getting 3 interviews in the first week of using that cover letter. Out of those interviews I was offered two positions and took one with a great company in a solid customer service role – exactly what I was looking for.
